eTeam Software consists of a team of principals who have worked together for the better part of ten years, developing and delivering innovative technologies for commercial release to business users.

The principals of eTeam, listed below, have a combined experience in the IT industry of more than 100 working years, gained across the globe.

Neill Miller, Chairman

Neill has been actively involved in the IT industry since the early 1970's when he founded a small computer service bureau in South Africa which went on to list on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange as one of the country's largest computer bureaus.

In 1987 Neill formed System Builder Corporation, a software company that he built into an international group, operating in the USA, Canada, South America, the UK, Switzerland and South Africa. Through a series of mergers, the group ultimately became part of Informix, one of the ten largest software companies in the world.

Neill, who has previously worked with all members of eTeam Software, is currently the chief executive of a small venture capital business and also maintains equity interests in a number of start-up computer and Internet-related ventures.

Mike Kontorovich, Managing Director

Mike is responsible for general management, business development and strategic marketing at eTeam Software. He has worked with the members of eTeam for the last eight of his fifteen years in the industry.

Mike, who has a Bachelor of Computer Science (Honors) degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, is highly skilled in management, software architecture and design, and software development.

He has been a principal architect on all of eTeam's flagship products, including iOpener, RedBack and SB+/SBClient, and for two and a half years served as a Director of Engineering at Ardent and Informix.

Jürgen Joarder, Director

Jürgen, who has worked with members of eTeam for eleven of his sixteen years in the IT industry, has been responsible for RedBack and SB+ project management and development.

He has also worked on some of the team's major customer projects in a range of areas such as stock broking, traded options, employee training, workers payment systems, sales order processing, large manufacturing systems and foreign exchange.

Jürgen, who has a Bachelor of Humanities degree (Honors) from London University, has consulted to many large customer organizations such as Sony Music, Standard & Poors, Dun & Bradstreet and the British Library. He has also helped design and build solutions for companies like William Hill, Sainsburys as well as the London Underground.

Mark Chazan, Director

Mark is Team Leader and Senior Programmer for eTeam iOpener, SBClient and RedBack Designer. He has twelve years of experience in the IT industry, four of those in real-time engineering software and seven with other members of eTeam.

Mark has experience programming in various languages and environments including VB, VBA, VB Script, Data C++, Delphi, Pascal, JavaScript, HTML and Unibasic. He has also worked with C, Java, Unix and Windows operating systems.

While at Ardent, Mark was awarded the Steve Vallender Award for "Outstanding Dedication, Professionalism and Excellence in Engineering". Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Accounting Science with advanced courses in Unix and C programming.

Mario Delas, Director

Mario has worked with the members of eTeam for half of his fourteen years in the software development industry. Mario has responsibility for System Builder products development and support, including RedBack, SB+ and SBClient.

Mario's areas of technical expertise include relational databases, 4GL programming, object oriented programming, user interface design, and product development cycle management - from design through QA to technical support. He has worked closely with System Builder's VAR customers and developers in the United States, Europe and Australia. He has also conducted promotional and technical seminars around the world.

Mario has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Zagreb in Croatia.

Colin Reyburn, Director

Colin is the Team Leader for SBDesktop and ObjectCall products and is involved in all aspects of C and C++ development.

Colin has worked in the software development industry since graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Waikato University in New Zealand. He has worked with the members of eTeam for the past eight years on RedBack, SBDesktop, SBClient, and ObjectCall, and is expert in C, C++, Visual Basic, VBScript, JavaScript, Java, COM, ActiveX, ATL, MFC, OLEDB and ADO.
